1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Net Zero Urban Development Inc. (GNZUD) website ("Site") and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS").

2. Intellectual Property Rights (The Outer Art IP)

• Proprietary Rights: All content, designs, artwork, and unique visual elements ("Digital Assets") presented on the Site, including the Outer Art series, are the sole and exclusive property of Global Net Zero Urban Development Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

• Prohibited Use: The Digital Assets MAY NOT be used to train any Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or generative algorithm. The Digital Assets are expressly excluded from any use, reproduction, or inclusion in any dataset, model, or algorithm designed to generate, derivatize, or analyze creative works.

• Licensing: Digital Assets are available strictly through an explicit, executed licensing agreement. Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of the Digital Assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration/mediation in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

4. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as-is" basis. GNZUD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included.
